This is my news page — a running feed of recent extracts and fresh work, updated as things come off the drawing table. Picture books, fantastical worlds, editorial work — I like switching styles and audiences from project to project, always chasing the same thing: telling a story. Some days that means picking up a brush for watercolour, other days it's all digital — whatever the piece asks for.
I've been drawing for kids — and for grown-ups with a taste for something a little stranger — for what feels like a thousand years now, in France and well beyond (sometimes very far beyond). I love hopping between styles and audiences depending on the project.
I studied, then taught, at the Émile Cohl art school in Lyon. These days I also wear a second hat as an illustrators' agent — somewhere between creative director and art consultant — for a large agency, where I represent and champion a roster of illustrators to publishers across France and Europe.
Watercolour is still my happy place, and there's nothing like picking the brushes back up — but I'm just as at home working digitally when a project calls for it.
Feel free to write to me about an illustration project, a collaboration, or just to say hi.
